The New Zealand Institute of Physics is the institute for professional physicists.
Our members include college teachers, university lecturers, students studying to be physicists, CRI scientists, industry scientists, etc.
In 2025 the NZIP Education Section (NZIPES) is being supported by the Networks of Expertise (NEX) to provide Professional Learning and Development Support to New Zealand physics teachers.
