I am moving to a more general Science curriculum role, so my current job at 
TCS is vacant.  I have really enjoyed the work (based in Thorndon, 
Wellington).  I am pasting the details below, but feel free to contact me

Senior Teacher Physics The Correspondence School Permanent, 2 MU.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative teacher to facilitate the 
teaching of Physics using a variety of media delivery skills. We teach 
Physics NCEA Level one, two and three. You will lead a small team of Physics 
teachers and work closely with other Senior Science Teachers and report to 
the Science Curriculum Leader. You will need a sound knowledge of Physics, 
the curriculum and NCEA assessment, plus an interest in developing learning 
programmes, including on-line learning, and resources for distance learners. 
Proven teaching, organisational, communication and ICT skills are required. 
Please indicate skills and teaching experience in other subject areas. The 
position is available from the beginning of term 4, 2008 but applicants 
wishing to commence at the beginning of the 2009 academic year will be 
considered.
